At Terra & Acqua , Chef and Owner Simone Parisi brings the flavors of his native Florence to Northeast Florida.
The menu at Terra & Acqua pairs modern Italian cuisine with the fresh bounty of Florida. Terra, Italian for “ from the land ,” features handcrafted pasta, juicy steaks, fresh vegetable dishes, and hand-tossed pizzas baked to perfection in the restaurant’s authentic wood-fired oven.
Acqua, Italian for “ water ,” celebrates the treasures of the sea, offering dishes such as grilled octopus, lobster ravioli, and fresh catch specials.
Terra & Acqua carries a thoughtful selection of wines to pair with each dish, or, for a small corkage fee, guests are welcome to bring their favorite bottle. The restaurant also features a full-service bar offering classic cocktails and a rotating selection of seasonal draft beers.
Enjoy our beautiful patio for al fresco dining, which is dog-friendly for our guests with well-behaved and leashed furry friends. Our private dining room is ideal for larger groups and parties, offering a more exclusive dining experience. Chef Simone Parisi was born and raised in Florence, Italy. After opening and running two successful restaurants in Denver, Colorado, Parisi and Firenze a tavola, Chef Parisi relocated to St. Augustine Beach in 2015, craving a return to the coast, and opened Terra & Acqua.
Named an Extraordinary Chef of Florida's Historic Coast, Chef Parisi’s Northern Italian cuisine differs from the dishes typically found in Italian restaurants. His dishes feature fresh vegetables, high-quality olive oil, and thoughtful compositions, rather than heavy sauces and cheeses.
